1. Use of MailViewer

MailViewer provides a browser-based environment for editing and previewing HTML email.

By using MailViewer, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Email previews

MailViewer provides a browser-based preview of HTML email. It does not reproduce the rendering engines of individual email clients.

An email may therefore display differently in services or applications such as Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or other email clients.

3. Your content

You remain responsible for the HTML, text, images, links and other content you use with MailViewer.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content and must not use MailViewer for unlawful, harmful or malicious purposes.

4. External resources

HTML previewed through MailViewer may reference external websites, images, fonts, scripts or other resources. MailViewer does not control those third-party resources and is not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices.

5. Advertising

MailViewer may display advertisements provided by third parties, including Google AdSense.

Advertising content and third-party websites are controlled by their respective providers. Displaying an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement by MailViewer.

6. Availability

MailViewer is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time and cannot guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MailViewer is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on an email preview, third-party resources, advertising or interruption of the service.

You are responsible for testing important email campaigns in the email clients and environments relevant to your recipients.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated as MailViewer evolves. The current version will always be published on this page.
